Apparently, I've mastered anxiety so well (sarcasm intended), I can make myself feel sick as heck all day long. I would have thrown up at least 5 times today if it wasn't for my anti throwing up skills. I still don't realize that it's mainly anxiety until I get home and magically feel better within 30 minutes of being home. Sick So, all day at work I'm thinking it's because of this or that. I love feeling completely out of it all day too, that's my favorite part, feeling like a foggy fuzzy zombie.

I tend to think of it, as a psychosomatic reaction. I've learned, over time, it's typically a mix of my past pains with current situation. Hope you are able to work through it.
