Real long day today, last job ended in a crowded store where I had to work. Everywhere I looked it felt as though people were looking, laughing, judging. I just wanted to turn my damn brain off.
Were they laughing at me or is just anxiety? But I'm locked away safely in my home now so no more worries. There was a time when I was taking over three different types of medicine clonazapam, risperdal, and another that I can't remember.
Now it's just the risperdal they took the clonazapam and the other away, doc said I didn't need them anymore, I don't think I felt any better when I was taking them. Any way how's everyone else's day going?

dwfieldjr, Make an appointment to see your doctor and tell him how you are feeling. Maybe you do need some additional meds.
Thanks for this!

Nothing special today, but what worries me lately is that the summer is almost over and I have to make my mind whether I should change my major or not, it’s really simple but it worries me.

dwfieldjr, Have you tried writing down the troubles your having with anxiety and giving the therapist and/or doctor the paper to read?

I tend to relate to summer comment. Not necessarily because of major switching (I was undecided for the majority of my schooling), but more because of the lack of production I've had this summer. Isn't summer the best time of year? Constant activities, social interactions, adventures etc.? I am usually left wondering how the time flew by and if I truly attempted to enjoy myself at all.

I am doing okay for the most part.

I often wonder how people can be so damn happy. Sometimes I envy them. Sometimes I hate them. I want to hide away from all of them.

DW Field,
Hello new friend. Today I got off my bottom, took a walk around a small man-made lake in my town and this cop car kept slowly circling around. So . . .so much for my victory of getting myself out among people. He was making me hostile and paranoid. Even though I don't have a criminal record. And I have the same darn problem when I go for my psych treatment! I usually start stuttering and don't get across anything I need to convey.

Yeah, that's totally anxiety. I've dealt with it myself- your mind is on overload- imagining things that aren't there- thought I do think sometimes I freak people out when I'm in a more anxious mood because perhaps I look anxious, though most likely its all in you imagination. Try drinking calming tea more often perhaps?

Actually had thought about buying some calming tea. I just wasn't sure if it worked or not.

I know how you feel. I can't stand busy crowded places. It ends up making me feel more lonely. Seeing everyone enjoying their lives, with friends, while I just watch them as an outsider. I've been in that place too many times.
