I think I have become too dependant on my mom... I love her so much and don't know what I would do without her! When I have an anxiety attack or feel terribly sad she is there for me and I'm so scared to move out and leave her... She is going away for only one night and I feel anxious! I'm so scared...

it is important that you develop coping skills to deal with your anxiety so you don't have to depend on your mom. are you in therapy? do you take meds for your anxiety? these are some of the options you have. take care.

I know the feeling; I rely on my parents alot (not when I'm just anxious.)
Do you have any close friends or other family members who are there for you?

Do you have a Sarah pissed? For friends who you can share your anxiety with and support you? If not, as kaliope mentioned, coping skills and self talk are good to help you get through the panic times.

My self talk is more of an inner conflict so it is not very productive...
