Yesterday I was feeling a lot of anxiety at work which is often normal. I came home late and decided to try some kava instead of taking a xanax. I had some nightmares and this morning had a full blown panic attack. While still feeling pretty normal for anxiety and confidant that I would be better by the end of the day, I decided to take a xanax and sleep it off. Usually after I awaken after taking xanax I'm still calm for several more hours. (I only take .25mg but it usually is more than enough) I took the xanax at about 9am and it made me sleep until about 1pm. But I have been trembling and scared since I wrote up and this is not normal! I fell asleep again for a little while about 3:30 but I'm still feeling really scared. It's now 8:30pm and I can't stop trembling. This is different than normal and I'm really scared.

Take deep breaths and hold till you count to four each time. Call the hospital if you have to. I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for this!

Thanks so much ShiningOne. I've been feeling better in the past 30 min or so and plan to take an antihistamine to help me sleep. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Hey I'm glad you're feeling better. It's nice knowing I could be there for someone with whatever little I can offer.
