I wanted drop in say hi to everyone here. I've been struggling with social anxiety/agoraphobia and depression for many years. Its something that's consistently there. I mean some days are better than others. Therapy (multiple therapists) helped me manage my symptoms which has given me a better quality of life. But it feels as if I'm never going to fully recover and be "normal". Whatever that is.
