Sometimes if I get really hot I feel an anxiety attack coming on. It usually starts in my chest and travels up to my ears. It's weird.
Our a/c is broken right now and I feel almost claustrophobic. Does this happen to anyone else?

I was literally, just thinking about this to myself the other night.
When I get anxious I feel hot all over (but mostly in my face, ears and hands), so when I'm overheated my mind automatically thinks I'm anxious and I start to feel more anxious when I'm overheated.

It's very strange, but I'm feeling a bit better about it now knowing I'm not the only one who gets like this.
Thanks for this!

I thought I was the only one. Haha. I'm glad to know I'm not alone with that. It aggravates the crap out of me, then being irritated makes my anxiety worse. It's a vicious cycle. I hate the heat.
