Ugh, I am mild bipolar, usually depression with occasional hypomania. Now because of major stressor few months ago-having anxiety, ugh, a lot. Trouble falling asleep-despite meds, relaxtion techniques...then sleep like 4hrs, get kid to school, then nap/restless sleep for 2-3hrs before work. I see my psch md every 3-4wks/she knows me for yrs. See t once a week...now having racing heart, stomach cramp, chest pain, sweating..ugh..ugh. I have prn xanax but can only take half so function at work. Just frustrated, usually I do my music, deep breathing/counting and don't need the xanax. Dont even know what tripped the switch this am...thanks for reading my rant...

I am sorry you feel this way. What kind of music do you listen to? I know about this site, with sound generators and there are some nice calming ones. I listen to these when I feel overwhelmed.
Thanks for this!
