One of the most directly aggravating things to me is in doctors offices or other waiting rooms where... there is noise. Any noise. Those dumb "health channels" they run on TV in the background are the least aggravating, but that rapidly escalates when it is people talking, especially on phones. I get hostile ideation and have to restrain myself from screaming or hurting them. It invades my mind. I want to hide, I want people to hide from me
