My leg will be bouncing up and down so fast, and I find myself drumming my fingers. I constantly look at the clock even though I have no where to be/go. Its like I'm waiting for the world to end or something. I feel like re arranging all the furniture or running a mile. I don't have energy, im just anxious. Anybody else feeling this way?

I've felt this way before, do you have a therapist? There are some good coping skills out there to help manage anxiety

I feel this way as well. I wish I at least had energy because then I could do productive things but the anxiety just cripples me. Some days are bearable and others are, well, unbearable. Talking about it to a close friend or family member sometimes helps. If you find other remedies please let me know! Hope you feel better !
