When people ask how you are doing and you feel like crap.

When you end up crying at random times for no reason?

When you feel like you don't have enough energy to get through the day.

When all you can think about is your physical symptoms and the whole rest of the world seams distant?

I can relate, I get those days when all I want to do is sleep and I feel like doing nothing. It's worse when you feel so down, it dreads to know people can tell that your in a bad mood.

If I'm feeling like crap, I try to be at least a little honest and just shrug (i dont trust my voice).

And yup, that was me yesterday, just completely caught up in my physical symptoms the entire day. I'm better today, but my hands are still clammy and shaky. It sort of has me doubting myself, like 'what you're going through is not real.' Blargh
