I can feel alone in a crowded room. I have been managing these feelings for some time, but I feel it creeping up on me again. I have no one to talk to. I'm suppose to have it all figured out by now, right?

Have you considered seeing a therapist? Therapy can be very helpful for anxiety.

I've been self-isolating lately and it's not fun. One idea to find a therapist: in the U.S. each county *should* have a community mental health clinic where the services, including therapy, are either at no cost or on a sliding scale. Sometimes there are private therapy centers who also work on a sliding scale.

I got a list of what was available in my community by going to our local hospital and was given the information. Worth a try.

Self-isolation is a good way to put it.
