Sometimes I also feel like there is no hope but it's OK. Take a breath and know that it is hard now but you will be fine. Keep posting if you need to talk about what is making you more anxious. X

I take cymbalta for anxiety and remeron was added to it which seems to be helping although I still get anxious and am prone to worrying and catastrophysing.
