Anxiety makes my life so much more harder, i feel like wverything is gunna make me explode & i just start breathing heavily & my heart starts pounding & i feel like screaming & just letting it all out. I cant take this its not only hurting me but my family as well.. What should i do ?

If you can't see a therapist for some reason you can get some self help workbooks for anxiety and work through that. They'll teach you coping skills such as relaxation, etc, and help you identify the triggers to your anxiety.

I understand you, I'm fed up with anxiety too. I agree with Blue_Bird, you could try some relaxation techniques and find personal ways to manage with anxiety. Probably we can't become then most relaxed people in the world, but we can at least do something to feel better

Blue_Bird is right, try cognitive behavioral therapy because it just might be the solution for you. I know for some it really is. Most important just don't lose hope, you will get better! The power for healing is locked inside your mind, unlock it and use it.
