i feel very uncomfortable in this site. i dont want to upset anyone, but i need to vent.

i want this to be a safe place, i always felt it was a safe place.

i dont any more. people come here for help i know that, but some people maybe cant be helped.

i'm confused and nervous. sorry cant mention names for fear of upsetting, but i dont class thiws place as safe anymore.

I'm sorry that you are feeling this way, and while I may not know who or what exactly you are talking about, I can assure you that here, on this site, EVERYONE is welcome. Maybe if you are really feeling that uncomfortable take a little break from it, or reach out and meet new people? It can take a while for a person to really become comfortable anywhere, so i dont see it as being different here, maybe just give it some more time.

was it a new person to chat who upset you. Everynow and then I've had someone new on chat who made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe and I end up leaving sometimes or they do and usually I don't see them on it by the next week. Those people (at least in my case) usually don't stick around this site long.

I hope things get a little better for you. And that you still feel at least some areas are safe. I'm sorry this is happening to you.

Hey Jinny,

I am sorry you are feeling this way and that someone has affected you. You are a part of our "chat" family (of course excluding the person or persons that made you feel uncomfortable). I have found myself in situations with people who made me feel uncomfortable and made me angry. I always llok to see who is in the chat room before entering in order to avoid any problems. Maybe you can try that so that you can still enjoy chatting with your friends without the presence of someone that is inappropriate. PM me anytime if need any support or just a friend.

If it's about the Chat rooms than maybe you could just avoid them. I'm not comfortable in the chat rooms it's a different kind of interaction in there then in the forums. I'm sorry you're feeling uncomfortable. I hope you understand that the person/s who's making you feel this way may not even realize that they've upset you and maybe there's been a terrible misunderstanding?

I am so sorry someone has upset you this much. I have always enjoyed your chats and postings. I too will not enter a chatroom unless there is someone I want to talk with that I know. There has been times when I have felt unsafe or abused by someone in the rooms so I leave. Its unfortunate, but I have to in order to stay safe. I love you and your funniness...you are so good and easy to chat with. Thank you for helping me...

I never use chat, never will. I belong to another site that has not email addys or pm's or chat as it caused to much "backstabbing" if you want to stay healthy that stay clear is my message.

BTW~I decided when I took my break from PC, I can't make everyone happy all the time and not everyone will like me(There big loss), but as long as I can make myself happy I know I am doing something right. I took some time away and focused on myself and maybe that's something that may work for you. I just came back this weekend and I feel alot better now. Just remember you are loved by many.
