Does anyone with anxiety have a low stress threshold. A little goes a long way? I just started my last semester of high school and I haven't had Spanish since the first semester of last year. I am in over my head in Spanish two. I don't know what to do. I'm thinking of dropping because I feel so unstable mentally and I don't know if i can handle it. I don't want to drop it because the college i may go to may require it. I might even have to take a year off because I'm so unstable in regards to the stress of bipolar disorder. Does anyone else struggle with stress like I do?

I have big problems with stress sometimes. It can cause a physical reaction that is really bad so I try to walk away from situations like that when I can. Unfortunately walking away is not always possible or smart. In your case maybe you can get some tutoring that would help you catch up in Spanish. Are you taking any meds for the bipolar problem? Maybe you should discuss your feelings with your doctor and see if he can help you.
