I saw this link on Facebook and thought it might help others.
A Mindful Minute: A Funny-Looking, But Powerful Breathing Exercise for Kids | Stress Better

I know it says it's for kids but I don't know why they try to limit its impact on the adult population. It's a fantastic exercise for helping with anxiety.

Breathing Exercise

I have tried this in the past, but found regular breathing meditation works better. I was meditating yesterday, focusing on my breaths, and fell dead asleep, a first for me! Didn't realize I could get that relaxed. Was also listening to a meditation soundtrack on youtube, ocean sounds.

I really like regular deep breathing mediation, too. I find it helps me to relax and to fall asleep. I use an app on my phone called Buddhify. It has a lot of guided meditations for everything from stress to sleep and various time lenghts in case you only have five or ten minutes. I, also, have an app called Relax that is good too.
