Hi im just wondering if anybody has tried CBD for anxiety relief and if so how effective was it. I have tried smoking hash and weed thinking it would help, but it did the opposit for me really, probally because it was street grade maybe all the bad chemicals mixed in had a bad effect. CBD is slightly different i believe any advice would be great.

Hi Nivad, no experience with either but have heard the story of many people who are trying to self medicate with drugs bought on the street with unknown contents and strength and suddenly you are playing a guessing game and your health is the gamble.

On the other option is a professional psychiatrist with scientifically measured medication with a history of trials and participants. The pdoc also has info about how each med affects the brain.

Everyone chooses, but for many people the pdoc is a lower risk option with better prospects of improvement.

What we noticed about CBD was an odd relaxed-head-but-wired-body feeling. If thats what ur going for then its great. Hav physical issues that make the wired body feeling painful, sometimes caused severe spasms. Have found suprising success and finally relief after purchasing and ingesting Kratom, like the Bali and/or the Red Vein Indica. In the US and many countries Kratom is legal. Would recommend you research it thoroughly. This is a herb that is in the same family as coffee. As far as using a herb versus something prescribed, either way you need to be responsible. You need to be the judge and find what is best for you. The effects vary depending on how much you ingest, the strain, physical factors and any other medications herbal or otherwise that you are using. Research online and you'll find that most of the info is positive, which speaks volumes. Good luck & happy trails
