I think I can bring a lot (and learn a lot) from mental health forums but they all seem to have the same layout. I was at one where I really didn't like the people (and complained) and when I went to a second one my posts disappeared. Paranoia? Anxiety?
Thanks for this!

I think it is a matter of just staying with one long enough to start to know people and make friends. No forum is going to be perfect, but I think you will find a lot of nice people here at PC. Stick around, there are friends to be made.
