Anxiety level is 7. If I can't get it down, I'm afraid of what could happen in session. And its about to start. Help. Make that an 8

i think if it is going to happen, t's office is a great place for it to happen.......i hope you get to feeling better

Lucky for me my T is good at getting my anxiety down. I just wish I had him in my pocket now.... so I'm seeing my Pdoc in about 30 minutes to get this under control. the current med isn't doing anything. Feeling very on edge... and my head hurting doesn't help either. Don't worry though I'm safe. I just have to convince him of that.

Well, that fear came true. It brings with it every attack. Even now I'm terrified! The what if's are getting to me. I need to not be alone. How can I even sleep in this much emotional pain. Will reading be ensue to distract me ?
