My social anxiety is getting to me my neighbors are cruel and rude people i cant even sit inside of my own home with out hearing them talk trash about me and then to top it off fly a drone outside my bedroom window and garge door .what are some steps for me to take to make it stop

How can my neighbors know what i am typing on my phone isnt that against the law to hack someones phone and account and what can i do its keeping me awake at night know that they see hear an. Talk about it while i can hear them . Being stuck inside is the worse and most horific thing i have encountered in a long time . Social phobia isnt something i can just get rid of but i cant get rid of them . What do i do . I am selling my house for this reason and my wife ended up in a state mental hospital and is on her way to prison because of this issue . It has taken my self esteam away even more

I'm trying to think on how to word this without coming across as offensive. It really sounds like you have a lot going on. Neighbors can be an absolute pain in the neck, that is for sure, but it seems to me that your social anxiety is causing you some extreme paranoid delusions. Have you seen the drone outside your window? And are you sure they are hacking your phone and accounts? If you are absolutely sure this is happening, I suggest building up proof of their illegal activities, such as taking a photo of the drone when you see it, or letting the authorities check your phone to see if its being tapped. You are right that these activities are illegal and they should be reported. My next suggestion is that you speak to a pdoc and get your social anxiety under control. If you can get to the bottom of your anxiety issues and learn how to cope and manage it, some of these activities may very well stop.

As far as your wife, I am sorry to hear that this is happening to her. I know that cant be easy on her or you and definitely adds stress to your current situation. I really hope you are able to find a way to cope and manage your stressed. Best of luck.

Oh I'm sorry for what's going on. Have you tried recording the evidence? You could send it off to the police and they'll be able to help you. I'm so sorry...it sounds like you're going through a tough time.

Perhaps it's paranoia like ChaoticInsanity says. It might be actually as you say but it's unlikely. Still a possibility though. Have you tried calling the police to see if they can assist you with this? I'm sure they can help you. It will help either prove or disprove your thoughts. Then again it might not but I am sure the police can try to track to see if they are tapping your lines.

Thank you for dropping in. You answered your own question, "I am selling my house for this reason...." that is what I did and now I have no neighbors.

I can empathize with you on this one, a few of us here know whats it's like to be paranoid its hard to see the realistic side of the story and the fact that they might not actually be spying on you, see a psychiatrist if possible and they will guide you through it.

I can relate to what u r experiencing, it can be frustrating to know that you are being treated horribly by neighbors, and i have been on the receiving end of their cowardly heinous and abusive behavior such that it cause me to be schizophrenic, my family is looking to move out at the moment. Hang in there...
