On the first couple of days from my breakup I was a mess. I had never had anxiety so bad. I was shaking so much, I had pins and needles all over my body, hot and cold.. and this was constant. I think my body was in a state of shock but it was unbearable and scary!! It has settled down now, but I couldn't believe that something like that can have such a physical effect on my body

Nicole,

I love your avatar.

I'm sorry the break-up with your boyfriend has had such a strong effect on you. It sounds like you are the type of person who cares about others deeply. I tend to be that way too.

Feel free to PM if you like.

Hugs,

EJ
