I've been having some stressful issues and my emotions aren't in a very good place at the moment.
I'm working through my issues. I am suffering from a lot of anxiety at the moment. I'm doing the usual, like taking care of my physical health, distracting myself in interesting books, posting on this website. I guess I'm just finding ways to alleviate the anxiety. |

I'm sorry you're struggling. Sounds like you have a good plan. I think everyone has a different way to cope. Do what works for you.

Good stuff. Keep working at it. Anxiety never goes away and we cannot control it, but we can allow it to control us
