I'm new here. I've been reading all the comments. Neat site. I am bipolar and have not really had a huge problem with anxiety until now. I also deal with unwanted intrusive thoughts. The anxiety is causing a huge sleep problem. I can't sleep. The anxiety is overwhelming. I've tried deep breathing, calming music etc. Help!

Look into acceptance commitment therapy and mindfulness. I suggest seeking a therapist as the anxiety is interfering with your life and getting worse.
