I'm afraid of people , always thinking that they'll harm me , that they'll leave and betray me !
I had a new friend week ago , i kinda trust him but i can't talk to him irl because each time i try , i feel nervous , shy , my heart start pounding and i can't move because i'm so scared to go talk to him
And everytime we speak on fb , i feel so scared that he will leave like everyone else did , that he'll turn out a liar , that he wants to destroy me and that i'm not good enough , not funny enough , not pretty enough ..
These thoughts are ruining my life and i don't know what to do!

it sounds like this is really causing problems in your life. working with a professional to change your distorted thinking could help. take care.
