I have been having anxiety lately and my face gets red and warm and sometimes my body feels warm that i need to splash water on my face. What else could i do to cope with it....

Flushing is symptomatic, I believe, of anxiety. Do you use any breathing/meditative techniques to aid your anxiety? Does your PDoc have as any suggestions for your symptoms?

Breathing & muscle relaxation techniques helped me a lot. It takes a lot of practise, but becomes second nature after a while. I'd definitely recommend it, if you aren't doing it already.
