So I've just had an idea that many of my problems that I have are connected to my embarrassment around other people. Basically I don't like dealing with other people and i hate doing things with other people nearby(doesn't matter what it is). This is to the point where I can't allow myself to enjoy anything if someone's even in earshot away in fear of being embarrassed it judged. I'm curious if others have something similar to this and how you deal with this issue.
Also now that I've thought about this and put it to words I've realised that I monitor myself around others to an extreme despite trying to convince myself I don't really care since I do apparently care too much. |

![]() ![]() ![]() I wonder perhaps if this anxiety of yours is also linked to some self esteem? I am sorry to hear that you feel this way around others I really am. Your post reminded me of this forum and I am wondering if you have seen it. Thanks, i'll defiantly give it a shot since skimming through seemed like a more precise area that I'm dealing with.
One question which sounds incredible stupid in my head but, what does anxiety feel like to you? As in how would you explain in to someone else. I generally get lost in trying to explain it and gave up awhile ago. |
