I looked up on the Internet "can being hungry make your throat hurt" and one result to come up was information on mono. Do K have mono? I'm so hungry right now, is that why I feel like crap?

Hang in there.

Yes, when I am anxious I totally understand what you are saying I really do.

I will google symptoms and my eye and mind will pick up on a pretty negative possibility and then I sit there and think oh and self diagnose myself with a possible outcome.

It's a dangerous thing for us to do really.

We can't really "self diagnose" something with such simplicity, like the feeling of hunger; based on what we read on the internet.

There can just be so many underlying causes for this.

I mean the thing is - if you were displaying a "multitude of symptoms" that may be bothersome to you or feel like they are interfering with your functioning in everyday life - sure - I see no harm in doing some research and visiting a doctor for further assessment.

It's just that based on what you have typed; I am just not that convinced you'd meet the criteria, you seem in emotional turmoil and assuming worse possible outcome?

I'd suggest if it makes you feel any better I mean look you could see your family doctor just to put your mind at ease about all of this as there might be a much simpler explanation.

Hang in there and let us know how it goes.

I would advise against googling symptoms.
