Anyone have any of these? I'm fearful of wasps and I guess if I ever came face to face with snakes, scorpions, etc then I would freeze, perhaps.

Have you ever been stung by a wasp? Thankfully I haven't. I have by a bee though.

Wow. Damn wasps. I'm shocked that you were stung 3 times in a row
A word of advice, do not eat cakes, sweets and chocolates in the outdoors because there's a chance a wasp will want it.

I don't have specific phobias about certain things...certain objects or creatures. I am just generally terribly frightened all of the time, panicked...oftentimes over odd things like the way light falls, or shadows appear. I am terrified of my pets being ill.

I can't say I actually have a phobia of anything, but needles make me pretty uncomfortable given the fact I get real faint and noxious when I have blood drawn and I have to fast for it.

I have claustrophobia and a significant fear of heights. I can't even climb a step ladder

Ok here we go welcome to my crazy

I'm scared of spiders scorpions etc...

I have a fear of basements and attics that stem from the fear of spiders...I mean what if they drop on me from the rafters????

I have a fear of stairs maybe not necessarily a phobia but I am terrified that someone is going to trip me OR that someone will reach through them and grab me

I'm 38 and scared of the dark. More precisely I'm scared of reaching into a dark room to turn on the light because what if something grabs my hand????

I'm scared of heights and get vertigo. I have to have someone lead me around if we go to a place with stadium seating because I get dizzy if I don't look precisely at my feet when standing or walking the aisles

I have a specific type of claustrophobia. I can be in a tight space and I'm fine as long as I can MOVE. If anything restricts my movement OR makes me feel constricted then I freak. I can't wear turtlenecks, tight gloves, jewelry that is tight, straightjackets etc... I HAVE to be able to move and not feel constricted.

I've been known to hyperventilate at hospitals. I just don't like them or doctors. Maybe not specifically a phobia but a definite dislike.

I'm super allergic to bees and wasps so they terrify me but I can handle being around them better than spiders.

Last but not least I can't dive into water because my head being underwater FREAKS me out. Don't know why but it does. Like even if I dip myself once I'm in a pool I panic. And speaking of water I have trouble not being able to see the bottom of any water I'm in that freaks me out too.
Thanks for this!

Wow, that's alot of things you don't like. All understandable. I can't swim, so I guess being in deep water would be scary.

I know it's a lot and yet for the most part it doesn't interfere with my life. I'm pretty stubborn and just power through it. Hey at least it's easy to avoid basements, attics, and constrictive clothing lol
Thanks for this!

I'm 49 and scared of the dark. I usually go to bed before my husband, and I have to keep the bedside light on until he comes to bed. I always wonder, in the dark, that someone will be lurking in the shadows and hurt me somehow. I know that this fear doesn't make sense, and it's only manifested itself over the past 6 months or so. I haven't always been like that, and I hope I won't always be that way either!

Used to have a pretty bad fear of ants, then, mostly due to a long period of sleep deprivation, wasps and bees, but now it's pretty much just a case of earwigs. Not comfortable with big heights, but nothing exceptional. I don't like going across bridges, but I'll do it. Not really a phobia, I dunno, but I definitely fear death, being alone, losing people I care about, that sorta thing.

afraid of driving in cities and on Interstates. Afraid of the dark. Afraid of bears, especially when I'm walking the dog. long trips make me very anxious I get nervous too far away from home. and i would be very happy if i never rode on an airplane again in my life.
