i am extremely anxious, nervous & fearful.......stomach in knots; dry mouth; sick to stomach; sweaty palms; elevated hr; i feel a panic attack coming on............
ok, just breathe.....................breathe................. i neede d to post this......i don;t care to discuss my reasons for acute anxiety now, but i'm just very very very very scared.............. |

it's okay, you're going to be okay. Breathe slowly in for 10 seconds, hold for 10, breathe out for 10, hold again for ten and then repeat. (((((((Desperado))))))))))) |
