I was just getting out of the therapist and walking to a food restaurant to then go to class when my legs started feeling heavy and I was walking with my legs bent and very slowly. It was as if I had the heaviest weights on my legs. I'm worried now. Can Anxiety or Panic Attacks trigger this or should I see my doctor?

Yes, and yes if it happens again-----there is a need to rule out other causes.

Yes it can but i would not rule out seeing your doctor if the symptoms persist without any noticeable mental stress.

Wow, I didn't know it could get so physical to such an extreme level. Usually I just feel faint and gag without vomiting. They always exhaust me so I had to call a cab and go home. My legs feel a little sore now.

You need to rule out any possibility of physical problem. Then, you can focus on the real problem, anxiety and panic.
Anxiety can make us feel real pain which comes from the brain. Our brain is giving us pain for no reason, because of the anxious feelings. Try to overcome anxiety and your physical pains will disappear. Try natural remedies because they don't have any negative side effects. Take care!

I would go to the doctor for some tests.
When I started having problems...again...which were turning physical, I went to my doctor and had a bunch of tests. Basically all physical problems were ruled out. Then I knew it was time to see a psychiatrist.

Did you eat anything today? The first thing i always check for is electrolyte imbalance - unbalanced potassium vs sodium. It can make you feel very weak. Eat a banana or some milk.
