So whenever i have any sort of panic attack lately, even if its just anxiety and hasnt reached the stage of panic yet, i feel like im overheating and that my skin doesnt fit right. I have no idea how to really explain it. Ive been trying to explain it to my boyfriend but he has no idea what im talking about either. Its not like my skin feels like its too tight or even too loose it just doesnt feel right/comfortable. its a really weird feeling. i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and can help me explain it better?

Ive had something similar. Needle points and dizziness. I don't think someone else would really know unless it happened to them which might be where that confusion comes from. That being said he might understand an uneasy feeling or just not feeling right. Have him think about a suspenseful part in a scary movie might give him context. Hope that helps
