i have been experiencing a lot of difficulties managing all my symptoms since I had my beautiful daughter 16 months ago. I think I should go inpatient but am scared I will be considered an unfit mother. What should I do?

You should definitely talk to your doctor. He may can suggest other options than inpatient, however, if you need to go inpatient then you need to go. I don't think that would make you an unfit mother.
