Don't suggest breathing exercises. Anytime i change my breathing, my anxiety somehow gets worse. I've tried the breathing thing so many times, and in a lot of ways. I can't take meds, they just mess with my mind and body, and believe me, I've been on a lot of meds. I've heard exercise can help, I'm just not sure how much I have to do, or when I need to do it. Do you guys have any ideas? I've been literally, a word I can't stress enough, having this anxiety attack constantly for 4 years. I'm not exaggerating at all, unfortunately. I need help.

Hi,
Exercise does wonders for anxiety ime, but im not sure how you are going to do it if you cant change your breathing. I like to run as hard as i can on the treadmill for about two miles or so, and that does it for me Another thing you could try (and this has a little bit to do with breathing) but hold your breath, curl into a ball, and tense every muscle in your body for 10-15 seconds. Then exhale and slowly release from your toes to your shoulders Im sorry your feeling this way, i hope things get better for you! ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Exercise... activity is great for anxiety. Walking or biking is great. Daily activity is best. It's a cumulative effect. You will have to decide how long the activity lasts.

I also forgot to mention that consuming hobbies can be a good way to relieve anxiety because they offer a perfect distraction. It would also be something you enjoy
For me shooting is a really relaxing hobby because it requires intense focus and i get to destroy stuff lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
