Scared :(

I was reading about how someone lost interest in their girlfriends. Now, I can't help to think that my boyfriend of three years is going to eventually lose interest in me. I always have these reoccurring thoughts about him cheating on me or losing interest in me. Certain stuff triggers it or it just happens. I'm panicking. I hate this. Eventually, these thoughts will go away. Sorry for freaking out.

Do all boys lose interest or cheat?

No, actually my last ex is the one who fell out of love with me. Does he know how you feel? He may be able to put those fears at ease

He does know about my fears. It has gotten better, but it's still present. I like the reassurance.

I'm still scared. I keep having vivid images of him breaking up with me.

What worries you? Did he do something in the past? Or just that other guy?

He's never done anything. I've lost a lot of people in my life.

Yeah I see where you're coming from. It's easy for me to say don't worry b/c he hasn't done anything so prob won't. All you can do is be honest and open If it helps you can think of good times and make the bad images go away. Keep yourself occupied with something. Also you know he likes you since he's with you.
