Ok well guys yesterday I went to the Doctors to get this lump looked at. It is a small lump that is internal and connected to the bone on my middle finger. So he referred me to see a plastic surgeon to get it removed and to get it look at before hand using an ultrasound.

Now I'm getting anxious about getting it removed, there is a chance i might panic. So what should i do? because once he starts on it, there is no getting up and leaving if i panic. Also does anyone know if it hurts?

Well I'm no doc I'm pretty sure anti anx medication comes with or at least can come with surgery. When I had moles removed the injection hurt a bit but after that no pain. You may also get pain meds to help with the after pain. But during you should not feel anything an they should ask frequently. Oh and just to clarify mole surgery to prevent cancer is all layers of skin so they did dig a lot of skin out.
