Like the title says does this ever happen to anyone.

It happens to me every time. Sometimes a list helps other times not. I hate it

Some days I just can't express myself effectively at the pdoc. I find it helpful to use a mood log app or just write it on paper.

No because he doesn't even realize I'm not saying half the stuff I'm going through. I can easily say I'm having a lot of anxiety or depression. It's everything else I can't say and he usually doesn't ask. He has no idea how bad things are for me.

Yes. I have a difficult time organizing my thoughts into a coherent list. There are often too many things going "wrong" that I feel like if I list everything it will be too much for them to process or they'll think I'm just complaining about everything.

I end up skipping over a lot of stuff that's wrong or I've just given up on fixing.
