Just finished eating lunch and a few minutes later I can feel some anxiety try to kick in. Anyone else ever get anxiety after eating a meal?

Can't even enjoy a nice sandwich anymore.

I have not heard of this before. For me, my anxiety will kick in if I eat food in public. It can be with people I don't know or know. Then I don't want to eat because I am really anxious, but I do want to eat at the same time because I don't want my anxiety to control me anymore than it already does and food is good (sorry, run on sentence). I hate it when eating food/drinking drinks in public because I feel everyone is watching me and judging me as I eat. I tend to not eat in public though because of this.

So no, not after a meal, just during the meal because of above reason(s).
