I can't leave my room except to go to the reclimer, use the bathroom or eat...that's not too much the problem as it is the feelings....I hate this feeling. My body aches, body tingling, tired, afraid, doom feeling, worry, stress....feels like I can't go out...

I been researching things to help cope besides meds. I'm on Buspar for anxiety, prozac. And I rarely take my benzos unless I can't help it...I'm trying hard to not take one.

Hi Sesiley!

I am so sorry you are going through this. I wish I had a magic word that would help, but we all know that even if they did exist, we would still question it's intentions, lol.

Have you found anything besides your meds that has helped so far?

I been researching the techniques...

I'm going to download the mood chart and try out the worry box.
