Sorry, my real question was too long. So is it possible for someone that had a panic attack several times in one area cause them to have panic attacks whenever that situation happened even though it is not fearful? Sorry if I phrased this really badly, but I don't know how to phrase it.
Anyways, what has been happening is that there was this particular piece that I would play in my music class that always caused me panic attacks. Now, that piece is over, but I still get panic attacks if I play my instrument in the same room. Has this been because of the same exposure about 3-4 times a week for about 2 months? Has anyone else have the same issue? This is the first time something like this has happened to me. Thanks for the response . __________________ Join my social group about mental health awareness!
