im not on any meds right now because of some other health idssues.... my moods have been getting bad... and my anxiety is getting out of control..... my panic attacks r coming back.....like today i had to drive to akron which is 35 mins from where i live to take my mom to the store and help her out with a few things and on my way home had a panic attack it pretty much lasted till i got home.... so yea i had to drive 35 mins having a hard time breathing ,feeling like my throat was closing, feet and hands tensing up and feeling as i was gonna pass out behind the wheel not good....... hoepfully on the 14th when i go back to pdoc she will give me something thats not gonna upset my stomach.... blah grrrr panic attacks r back

I'll keep my fingers crossed - something I use to do before I ever sought out medical attention was to have the a/c from the car aimed directly at my face...

This cold moving air for some reason helped me...have no idea why...

I know the feeling and mine have increased. I really get scared when I feel I can't breath and my throat is closing....

I agree with Direction...I would roll down the window to get lots of air...maybe it was a distraction for me..not sure...but it helped....

yeah sometimes i chew on my finger ....... it helps sometimes or chew gum.....
