WHAT THE HECK AM I SUPPPOSED TO DO?!?!?!

The muscle spasms are sort of gone, but I am still feeling absolutley horrible, panicky, out-of-my-head... GOD, I cannot DEAL with this anymore!!

Please, anyone, any kind of help would be so awesome. I can't find my Kolonpin, it doesn't help with the anxiety but I'm trying to, I dunno where mom put it.... if I could just sleep through this fine, even though I really don't want to because I'll wake up and it'll be worse... I can't DO anything when I'm like this, I hate it!! I just want it to stop and my parents are treating this like something that it's okay to take time with and wait to treat...

Should I just double up on my Lexapro? I'm taking half the dosage for somebody my age and weight (10mg versus 20mg), and that's specifically for anxiety. I dunno, I don't want to call my P-doc AGAIN... I guess I'm just really frustrated because everybody is so FREAKING calm and I am absolutley feeling like I want to rip my skin off. 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks 6th day of panic attacks

sorry for the rant, all, but it's helped.
The more I post here the more I realize how much I've missed PC!! 6th day of panic attacks
Love you all,

I hope you can find the medication combo that will help you, but unfortunately I don't know anything about them and can't give advice on that.

Maybe you can try to relax. Maybe set up a bubble bath and play some calming music and light some nice scented candles? I know it's hard to calm down when you are panicking, but I know people are either generally aware or unaware that it is a panic attack, so since you are aware maybe you can control it better..

Lexapro generally didn't help me...any way please call your pdoc's emergency line...if he doesn't call back then I think you know what to do next...
