Been struggling all afternoon - you know when you just feel the anxiety is just stuck there in your chest?
Possible trigger:

I've got my music on and I'm gonna go for a walk and I'm gonna try and keep this from taking hold.

Hope it's OK to post this needed to get the thoughts out of my head. Thank you for reading.

Of course, it's okay for you to post your feelings here. Anxiety is a miserable feeling. Taking a walk sounds like a good plan. I hope it helps.

The walk is just wonderful, what i do when i feel overwhelmed. And yes, music does soothe the soul. You tc and keep posting, we love to read what you have to say. blessings

(((hugs)))

Walks help tremendously. I do 15 minutes of yoga 5 days a week, which helps alot with breathing and relaxation. You are not alone, though it sure as hell seems that way at times! I look forward to your reply.

Thank you guys so much for replying. When I posted earlier I felt right on that tipping point, I'd been holding it at bay for hours and felt I was losing the fight. My mind was clouded and I was struggling to trust my own judgment as to what to post but I needed to try putting it into words just to get it out if my head...does that make sense? No one at home knew you see, I hide it. I don't want my children to be afraid of setting me off. I don't want them to ever feel like that, and my other half doesn't know what to do with me. He doesn't really get it so I just deal with it.

Here I can be me. Here people understand. Here I don't have to hide and I am ever grateful for that. You guys are the light in the dark. Thank you.

You drove home to me the fact that we can be who we are here and it's safe. Thank you!
