My stomach hurts like I'm being stabbed any time I'm not high (weed) and I'm pretty certain it's an anxiety problem. Anyone else have this?

Yes! My stomach twists and turns and I have a horrible time. It worsens according to the length and level of anxiety I am experiencing. I've started attending a 'sensory' support group for individuals who experience their anxiety physically or by getting sick. The majority of us there get bad stomach and gastro intenstinal trouble in response to anxiety.

When my stomach is really bothering me, Lemon oil has worked for me. I add a drop to warm water or tea (I assume a bit of lemon juice would work just as well). I also place a drop right on my tummy and to the bottoms of my feet.

I have IBS (as of right now) & an ulcer. Anxiety makes the IBS & ulcer symptoms worse. The anxiety can also cause nausea. If you don't have marijuana to take care of the problem then I suggest peppermint extract mixed into water. Ginger might help as well.

I have the same. I also noticed when journaling that times I had "higher anxiety" I have that feeling and IBS type of symptoms.
