I was the person who guaranteed passed interviews and got jobs, but after getting lot of efforts I got my current job. Interviews were out class but don't know why I hadn't get call for job. Any how leave it, the point is; Today my boss assigned me to make the report, I made it and forward it to the boss, but boss didn't like it and started shouting on me, I got scared that now I don't want to loose my job, my hands are started shriving, I don't know what can I do here, but after that I recover my report perfectly.

The question is, why I am getting scared of loosing job even I passed interviews and get job guaranteed....

It is what I call 'Performance Anxiety'.

It's not enough to have gotten the job but the obsession and need one has to prove they are good enough to keep it.

I am guessing this weighs heavily on your mind even when you are not at work. Perhaps you are even becoming obsessed about it.

Look around you and consider your place in the team. Consider there is no need to be the best of it. Consider now that other people have done this successfully; there is no reason why you can't too.

Now the hard part is to leave that worry of performance at the workplace. Is it possible to even take a longer route home? That would allow more time for you to unwind I think and get home with a clearer mind that has left some of the worries behind you.

I agree with Rcat. I just want to add..

This sounds like a very bad boss. Do not internalize that and let him control you. Now, I realize that helps the anxiety very little...but once you calm down just remember -- You deserve respect. I know all too well being the "Good boss" who read all the leadership books, and dealing with the "Bad Bosses" that were mine. I don't get it...But people still continue to do it.
