Now that I've gotten off the booze, my OCD and Schizophrenia meds are kicking in just like the doctors said they would. I wish I had listened to them sooner, but the drink just had me in its grip. Thank God, I've got seven days now. I'm getting better everyday. Sometimes (Bull, alot of times) I don't think I am, but when I write down the events of the day at the end of night with as much objectivity that I can (in other words without the resentments I feel toward everyone and myself) I see the positive changes. God Bless.

Good for you. Stick with the program. It may be tough at times but it pays off in the end -- big time. Congratulations!

Hi 1na100,

Things looking up!!!Hurray! < this guy looks like he’s hurray-ing with his undies. *lol*

Thanks for sharing the positive news. I’m really happy for you. And I wanted to say thanks for mentioning your routine of writing down daily events each night. I use to do that and had forgotten how helpful it was to me. So thanks and again congratulations on the steps you’ve taken so far. Like spal said, it may be rough sometimes but it all pays off in the end. My thoughts are with you.

Best wishes. ~ Bee
