I experience pretty bad Sunday night blues and it isn't necessarily the whole having to work on Monday thing because I am not even working right now and I still have the Sunday night blues. Does anyone else have this experience? Thanks!

I have experienced Sunday night blues almost all my life. I thought it was just me!!!!!!!!!! Even last year when I was unemployed.....Sorry that you feel that way..but I'm glad its not only me. I can never fall asleep on Sunday nights either. I get the worst night sleep. I wonder what can be done to change it.

Feel better!!!!

I thought Sunday Night Blues comes from the fact that generally we have the most amount of fun on the weekends and when those weekends end it is sort of a let down to your psyche. At least that is my version of it.

Yes Sunshine, I certainly know about the Sunday night blues. I'm experiencing them right now. I'm unemployed as well, so it's not like I have to get up and go work either. Sometimes I think that may be the problem, but the anxiety I feel at the thought of actually GOING to a job is overwhelming. Does anyone else feel like this?
I hope you're feeling a little better tonight, sunshine. I'll try to think happy, uplifting thoughts for you.
