I am on cymbalta right now is there any medication I could add to cymbalta to help with the faulty thinking. cymbalta has help me a,ot with depresion ,anxiety but not with the faulty thinking. i am going to the doctors this week

Therapy helped me with faulty thinking, but my meds help clear my head of depression so that I can think more clearly.

I agree with gayleggg and handheart. Therapy is definitely helpful (especially cognitive behavoural therapy). Thinking of positive things can be helpful too. I'd also like to add mindfulness meditation as a suggestion. There are lots of online options for learning it if it is not offered where you live.

I take Brintellix as well for depression. It helps me focus and communicate better with people
