severe nosebleeds because of 2 much anxiety, anyone?

anyone have this psymptom of anxiety

i've been noticing it more and more- them ore stressed/ anxious i get, the more it tends to happen

Hello. For me, it's a genetic thing. My dad got nose bleeds all the time. So did his mom. For me, I use to get nose bleeds everyday until grade 5 or 6 (age 11-12). I get them less and less now. I did have two in the last two months, which is rare, so it may be possible. So maybe there is a link, but not for me. The only thing that happens to me because of stress is severe handwashing. Sorry if this isn't much help.

You need to see your doctor. Nose bleed isn't cause by anxiety

I have to agree that I don't think it's anxiety but then again, I'm no doc. Are you on any blood thinners or aspirin? Don't meen to get gross here but check for dark, almost black stools or blood streaks. You could have an issue with blood thinning. I would get a PT/INR blood test too to see how thin your blood is. Definitely visit your GP!
