Someone asked about chronic pain and how it affects anxiety. This article is quite in depth so we will use it as a jumping off point to discuss how some suggested options might work for us and how pain affects our own state of depression.

Thanks for the information about how hronic pain affects anxiety. I never svyazyvaleti two phenomena before. Maybe, in some cases there is no direct connection? Simultaneously pain affects our own state of depression.

Hi Quen. Glad to help. It is a subject that is big for me. Maybe no connection you are right. Sometimes anxiety finds a way to give us mental distress.
