i get a lot of intrusive, NEGATIVE thoughts.
eg. people being abused, murdered etc.
very graphic too.
its totally random and it messes with my head.

why does this happen?

Yes, that can be part of OCD. I don't know why it happens, but if it's a case where you worry it's something you'd do, think outside your OCD. Would you [i]really[/] murder someone? Probably not. So, when those thoughts come, blow them off, saying to yourself, that's silly. I'd never do that. If it's images or thoughts of those things happening, just practice ignoring them. It isn't easy at first, but it can be learned. I did. They might still occur, but they lose their effectiveness and disappear more quickly when you don't bother with them.

i dont tell people this because it is in all sense of the word, disturbing but i often dream / see myself sorta murdering everying in a school.

its horrible. i've gone on rampages before but luckily i didnt have anything like a gun. just a few chairs and some broken arms...

i want it to stop part of my OCD? *may trigger some*

If you've actually gone on rampages, maybe you need some treatment for anger issues. Not that I'm a fan of anger management, but maybe there's something that can help you.

i think last time i was just a scared, messed up rebellious little %#@&#! and the straw that broke the camels back ticked it but even before then theres just these images all the time..

i got pulled up by a science teacher about anger management once because i went off at her in class but thats only because she's a rascist ***** and was having a go at me.

i dunno..
